Shock Plate Dimension Worksheet

All measurements are Center-to-Center

  1. Determine whether your original shock plates are of the flat bottom type or the raised bottom type.

  2. Carefully measure dimension "A" which is the front to back hole distance of the plate or the “U” bolt dimension. Measure Center-to-Center.

  3. Carefully measure dimension "B" which is the side to side hole distance of the “U” bolt. Measure Center-to-Center.

  4. Carefully measure dimensions “C” which is the U-bolt hole diameter.

  5. Carefully measure dimension “D” which is Hole diameter that clears the center leaf pin.
